Early Start Initiative and RCEL 

The Regional Center for Early Learning is proud to be part of Connecticut's Early Start Initiative, which aims to provide high-quality early childhood education to young children across the state.  As a state initiative, the enrollment process is thorough and requires detailed information regarding household income and other relevant factors. Early Start spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If tyou are interested in this opportunity, please fill out a pre-enrollment application to be added to the waitlist and we will contact you about the current availability.
