Who We Are
At the Regional Center for Early Learning, We Believe in fostering a love for learning through individualized attention and a collaborative approach with families. We Believe development and learning are interconnected in the preschool years. Each child is a unique learner with his/her own cultural identity, learning style, temperament, and developmental pattern, and each of these factors influences how each child learns and grow. Our Mission is to identify and provide quality educational opportunities for educators, students, families, and communities. Our core values include:
- Child-Centered Learning: We focus on each child's unique strengths and interests, creating a tailored learning experience.
- Family Partnerships: We believe that strong family-school relationships are key to a child's success, and we actively involve families in their child's education.
- Inclusive Environment: Our program is designed to be inclusive, welcoming children of all backgrounds and abilities.
Our commitment to these values is what makes us a nurturing and supportive environment for young learners.
Philosophy
The Regional Center for Early Learning’s philosophy centers on the belief that each child is a unique learner with his/her own cultural identity, learning style, temperament, and developmental pattern. Our program strives to foster competent learners by offering early learning experiences which will support children to be creative, to be inquisitive, to be flexible, to be critical thinkers, to be purposeful and reflective, and to be social learners. We believe that each child’s family is the primary caregiver and educator of their child and is a critical partner in all early learning environments.
